Spiritual growth for our students is modeled each day by our dedicated employees. Teachers lead students in prayer, make themselves available for questions regarding faith and integrate biblical principles in classroom instruction.
Elementary students begin each day with a morning meeting that includes devotions. They receive biblical instruction and integration in their classrooms and participate in a program of Bible memory. Praise singing takes place on a weekly basis at each grade level. In addition, chapel meets twice a month; once to hear a pastor or community member share and once to praise God together as a larger community. In the midst of life together, students are taught to problem solve using biblical concepts of peaceful resolution.
Middle school students gather each morning for daily devotions, Bible memory, and prayer. Each Wednesday, students gather in our auditorium for our weekly chapel as we host local pastors who speak on a specific topic. Students have two quarters of Bible per school year. Many students have fond memories of how their faith was challenged and developed during these classes.
