Noah Paquin Fund for the Fine Arts
Penn View Christian School
Introduction: Students at Penn View Christian School are enriched and stimulated by the fine arts program. Drama and music provide opportunities for students to express their creativity, develop self-discipline, and grow in their capacity to lead.
During his time at Penn View, Noah Paquin excelled in the areas of drama and vocal performance. His tremendous enthusiasm and passion made a noticeable contribution to school concerts and productions and were a positive example for his peers as well.
Purpose: In honor of Noah's passion for the dramatic arts, the school will create a fund to provide financial support for the drama and music departments of Penn View Christian School.
Procedure: Interested donors can contribute funds specifically designated for the Noah Paquin Fund for the Fine Arts. Based on the amount of contributions, these funds would be managed to maximize the positive impact of these contributions.
Benefit: Possible purchases with these funds -
Props for plays and musicals
Costumes for the drama department
Musical instruments for student use
Sheet music for choir, strings, and band
Rights to produce plays and musicals
Compensation for teacher directors
Note: The Administrative Team will decide how the funds are dispersed on an annual basis.
Fund: The ultimate goal is to set up the fund in the form of an endowment. If there are significant funds contributed, the funds would be invested through MMA/Mennonite Foundation and managed by the Investment Committee of Penn View Christian School. If the fund balance gets too low, the Administrative Team could decide to spend all of the money and close out the fund.
